Every day, athletes, coaches, parents, volunteers, and families are navigating identity, pressure, relationships, leadership, and purpose.
Those moments are not separate from discipleship. They are where discipleship becomes real.
Sports Serve helps leaders create intentional processes that meet people in those real moments and help them grow in faith, character, leadership, and mission.

Our Approach: Five movements toward a healthy sports culture
A simple progression, each movement builds ownership rather than creating dependence on an outside consultant.
1. Assess
Where are we today?
Listen to leaders, observe the current environment, and identify strengths, gaps, assets, and opportunities.
2. Design
What kind of sports ministry fits our church?
Clarify purpose, audience, ministry philosophy, leadership structure, calendar, and measures of success.
3. Equip
How do we prepare coaches, parents, and leaders?
Provide role clarity, orientation, practical tools, and shared expectations for a consistent ministry culture.
4. Coach
How do we support leaders during the season?
Observe practices and game days, coach ministry leaders, solve emerging problems, and reinforce healthy rhythms.
5. Multiply
How do we help another church?
Evaluate the pilot, document what works, strengthen the model, and identify what can be shared or repeated.
People Before Programs
Programs can create opportunities. Relationships create transformation.
Character Before Performance
Performance matters, but the person someone becomes matters more.
Partnership Before Platform
The strongest work happens when churches, leaders, and organizations collaborate around a shared mission.
Development Before Dependence
Our goal is not to make organizations dependent on us. It is to equip leaders with the clarity, tools, and confidence to lead well long after we leave.

Our Story
Sports Serve was founded by Coach Dan Williams, whose work has always lived at the intersection of sport, faith, leadership, and community. As an athlete, coach, mentor, parent, and ministry leader, Dan has seen how sport can shape a person’s life—and how often people need more than instruction, inspiration, or a better program.
They need relationships. They need a process. They need leaders who know how to guide growth over time.
That conviction guides Sports Serve: people may gather around sport, but lasting transformation happens through intentional relationships, biblical truth, and reproducible discipleship.
